2/ Let them know about the application process and that the next step is the challenge

3/ Answer any question they may have, or tell them you'll get back in an email

4/ Add short notes of the call in the PipeDrive deal

5/ Change the deal's stage to "Called/WA"

6/ Send a call recap email
