My mind map showcases several strategies that companies consider or use when releasing or placing their products out in the industry to their consumers. Existing vs New Market is a strategy to consider in order to know any changes that have occurred in the focused market or the competitors in competition within the same industry. CSR is something considered along in case if there is a certain level of expectation that is popular or well known within the society, which is something highly needed to consider when releasing a product to understand whether or not their product is promoted interesting enough. Along with innovation, products constantly are in competition in an industry therefore innovation has to be considered in order to better the products sold.
