How do marketing strategies evolve as a response to changes in customer preferences?
In this mind map I included innovation, awareness, CSR and new markets vs old markets. I felt that these were some of the key factors that led to a change in the marketing strategies of a company. For instance, when tackling new markets, new marketing strategies must be utilized as people are yet to discover the market. Furthermore, the awareness of a company can lead to a change in marketing as they may find better and more effective solutions in regards to customer behaviour.
