Stainless steel is a metal. Traditional solid-state laser markers, such as fiber laser markers and semiconductor laser markers, can mark and engrave on metals. If you are using a home laser engraver, I recommend the Ortur Laser Master 3 fiber laser engraver, but if you want a portable laser engraver, then you can choose to use the LaserPecker 2 handheld laser engraver. CO2 laser marking machines cannot engrave metal. Only non-metallic materials such as bamboo, wood, leather, cloth and plastic can be processed.
