Rainer has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and extensive know-how across a range of technology-related topics. He began his career in Software Engineering, and after working for a major consulting firm he joined Mondi in 2002. Prior to his current role as CIO he was leading Mondi’s application team, holding overall responsibility for the application architecture and the deployment of SAP across more than 100 production facilities in over 30 countries.
