Outage from Jul. 20th

As some of you probably have noticed (and wrote me about), there have been some issues with Mind42 yesterday on Junly 20th. As of now, it should work again, although in the background there's still some work going on. So what has happened?

The root cause was a rare (really rare) outage of our hosting provider caused by a storm which induced a power outage in a datacenter - which should have been covered by a failing UPS (you know how these kind of stories go :)).Generally Mind42 has multiple servers in different datacenters to overcome such problems, but also for Mind42 something of the setup didn't work as it should and I'm investigating the issue.

So overall it should work again now, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience yesterday!
