Updates on Tenancy law for Family-only Residential Buildings in the UAE
By virtue of Law no. 2 of 2007 on Sharjah Landlord-Tenant Relations Regulations and its amendments, singles or low-income workers cannot live in certain residential areas specially demarcated for family use.
