THE STATE OF TEXAS INTRODUCES NEW RULES FOR CONSUMABLE HEMP PRODUCTS
The recent update on hemp farming in Texas is that the State has decided to introduce new regulations regarding consumable hemp products. These rules are about processing, testing, labeling as well as on registration requirements. Even though the rules seem reasonable, they portray another side in state-by-state layers of regulation, as cautioned by the stakeholders.
