First Hemp Farming License Issued by Texas
After months and years of struggle, Texas issued the first industrial hemp license to Killeen farmer. Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said that it was “just the beginning.” The license will provide the right to the farmer to cultivate hemp in a “stated facility” for one year.
