To update your router’s firmware using the Nighthawk app:
Connect your mobile device to your router’s WiFi network.
Launch the Nighthawk app.
If prompted, enter your admin user name and password.
The user name and password are case-sensitive.
4. Tap SIGN IN.
The dashboard displays.
5. Tap the image of your router.
6. On the Router Settings page, scroll down and tap Check For Updates.
7. If new firmware is available, tap UPDATE.
